I bought a pair of Faerie sandals.
They are exquisitely beautiful, chick and comfortable. However I should have bought one size bigger than what I usually wear to accommodate for the toe and upper strap cut.
At the same time I bought the slop sandal and that fits perfectly...

We did not know it will be more of a boot style with a higher neck. But!!!! My son says it feels like he is barefoot in these shoes! He loves the comfort and light weight.
I requested an exchange of the sandels I bought - which was delivered within two days from the original order placed - but the size was too big. The exchange pair was collected within a couple of days and I'm now waiting for the replacement. All of this was done without any effort. I felt myself informed at all times.
