Purchased a pair of boots for my wife and it came in record time. Purchased myself a pair in the shops and excellent quality and a affordable price for leather shoes.
I am very happy with my boots, beautifully made and fits perfectly. Do notice though that the wool inside is thinner than what it used to be.
It did take a month though to be delivered - I understand that you had many orders to fullfil. Just wondering why I immediately received the boots after I phoned and asked about my order.
I am impress with the service but unfortunately the size is too large - I did order a 7 but probably need a size 6. Do you have a exchange procedure
Delivery came quick, quality looks and feels good, however sizes did not match size chart.
My new boots were unfortunately too big but Freestyle is replacing them, one size smaller, with no additional charge. Thank you:)
