Hi it was my first purchase and I’m probably not familiar with the sizes the sandal is too small and the vellies too big both were ordered on a size 10
The shoes are amazing..good quality..they were Abit big.. but not to much...
The purchase service and delivery was great. The boots however are too wide around my legs and don't look well. On request to return it, I was told that I must courier the boots back to the factory on my own expense within 30 days. The only downside.

I had to use pliers to pull out an upstanding iron clip on the inside of my left shoe. Fortunately I did not put my foot in without seeing this it would have penetrate my foot sole. I did send an email with a picture on the very same day but so far no reply received.
I recently bought a paid of Freestyle Chelsea boots for my grandson and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The quality is excellent—the leather feels soft yet durable, and they’re clearly made to last through lots of active play.
The elastic sides make it very easy for him to slip on and off, which is a big plus. These boots are ideal for any occasion, whether it’s for outings or just playing outside.

Hi, the shoes is too tight, it fits nicely but the top part is not flexible.

Good morning. The colour of the corkie suede inner sole, is a lot lighter than the picture on the web. Instead of a dark beige/tan colour, it is a very light beige. The contrast between the sole and straps is not as expected/displayed on the web page. This is a bit disapointing. We waited so long for the delivery, it was a birthday gift so we kept it. We are a bit sceptic about future purchases because we are unsure if the colour will be a lot different from the displayed picture. Also, there is no shop in Pretoria we we could fit the shoes. Instore display or purchase will be very handy.

but this specific type sandal is built up too high at the heal. i get blisters and will not be able to wear them
I had to return the item as the bag didn't look like the one I ordered.
After waiting 4 week for my handbag. The got the order wrong , the bag I ordered was supposed to have dark brown straps but i just got a plain brown bag its still a very nice bag but was disappointed that they got the order wrong. Took them almost 4 days to reply to my email sent. They offered to replace it if it was unused and in original packaging which i didn’t have anymore and didn’t want to wait another month. Thought they could at least offer a voucher or discount on the next order to make up for their mistake.

Im not happy with your boots I ordered size 5 you send me size 13 and the shape that I ordered is not the same at all. Im so disappointed 😞 💔💔😭
