I now own 3 pairs of vellies, and in total 5 pairs of Freestyle shoes. The oldest pair is about 10 years old, and is still going strong. The last pair I bought was online, and the notification on the status of my order was very good. Love the shoes.
I am still waiting to hear back regarding the shoes i send back due to them being the incorrect size so i can not review the shoes due to me not being able to wear them and stil waiting for the to let me know when i wil be receiving the correct size shoe

On the advertisement it mentioned that the size should be taken one size smaller - now it does not fit - should have kept by my size.

Its so comfy, beautiful and true to its quality, If I can i would ask for just a bigger calf size, but definitely buying another pair.

It took very long for my boots to arrive; I did send e-mail enquiries but never received any feedback.
Only after I requested my order to be cancelled did I receive a notification that my boots were on the way.
I do understand the boots are handmade and were patient until it got to over a month with NO reply on my mails.
Service is really very bad in my experience.
Then after receiving the boots, I had to send them back as the fit is horrible around the leg (it makes bubbles in the front).
They are so pretty and my heart was very sore that I could not keep them, but I cannot pay that kind of money for something that does not look nice.
I have never had any questions on why I did not like them or how this can be fixed and are still waiting for my refund.
The waiting was worth it. Best things come to those who wait. you take your time to pay attention to every detail of the product. That justified the waiting, The shoes are of quality and comfortable. Thank

Can the double stitching be done as evenly and neatly as on the Greasyhorse Mocca Mountain Ranger boot in the advert?
I’m very pleased with my purchase—it arrived just as the weather turned colder. After reading the care card, I would like to suggest offering an optional pre-treatment for the boots prior to first wear. Customers could then choose whether or not to select this service.
