I (tragically) lost my almost brand new pair of Birkenstocks and couldn't bear to pay another R2k+ to replace them, so I instead decided to try what appears to be Freestyle's local imitation. The shoes took longer than one might expect to arrive (given they're made per order) and don't have the same ergonomic soles of Birkenstocks, but are otherwise pretty much indistinguishable in terms of look and feel! Very pleased to have supported a local business and saved a considerable amount while doing so.

The only problem is the bridge of the right shoe seems to divit in as if the stitching is to tight for the learther and wants to bend inward the whole time. It also causes the sole of the shoe to seem lifted in the front more than normal.
Again Beautiful shoes yet seems as if the right shoe was made in haste.

I am so happy to see other colours available. I purchased my boots in 2015, (customised black, because they were only available in brown/tan at the time). I was heavily pregnant when I purchased mine, and they were the only boots I could wear with my swollen feet throughout that winter. My boots are still going strong 11 years later!

Deeply disappointed. Bought a pair Mountain Boot in Premium Full Grain leather on the 23rd of January today is the 12thof February and the boot has already opened up by the left sole, it’s not even a month old and it’s already damaged. This is a disgrace, I’m deeply disappointed. I bought the product thinking this is an investment because it’s leather but in less than a month there’s already problems. I’ll share this on all your platforms from email detailing the date it was bought to today, I also have pictures to show. The price we pay and quality need to go hand in hand, they are quite pricey for them to be damaged in such quick span of time. I’m very disappointed.

I had to return my boot for a bigger one. Though advised to order a size smaller than I normally wear, it was too small. I think all the wool in the boot made that so. I’m awaiting my bigger boots and getting to enjoy them this winter.
