I return my pumps via courier on the 6th of May for a exchange for 1x smaller size.
Haven't heard from these people or any acknowledgment on receiving my packet.

I usually wear a size 6 but I bought a size 5 and it fits fine

Happy with the process of ordering, follow up and delivery. Keeping in touch with the client via email and WhatsApp is very effective.
One note on the style - I love the shoes, they fit well and are comfortable. However, I find that the two 'ears' having the holes for the laces are too far apart and thus expose too much of the laces. I believe that having these 'ears' less far apart would improve the style. But this is just one opinion.

I have sent an email requesting that the boots be exchanged for a bigger size last week and there hasn’t been a response. I mistakenly chosen a wrong size and there’s no assistance in this regard

Took very long more than 15 days before delivery happened.Tgey do not keep one uodated ito delays and whats goubg on, cutomer engagement/ communication not up to standard.Receiived i email to tell mevthey running late.

Quality shoe but you must have wide feet.
Excellent shoe at a good price. Just remember to purchase one size smaller.
I ordered the 7 as that is my size, received the shoes and they felt like an 8. They have been collected and I can’t wait for my size 6’s! Beautiful quality!
Top quality product at a very affordable price - I wear the shoes to court every day and they are very very comfortable. I can recommend the brand and shoes!!
This is by far the best work boots I have owned. They are comfortable and I can wear them for long periods of time. My few complaints are that I have walked through the soles and I needed to get them replaced, the soles also started to separate but happened around the same time so not big issue ( my soles usually start to separate after 4 months and these took a year). I also just wish they were a bit more water resistant. But I highly recommend these boots
Unfortunately, the heel height is not the same as the other 6 pairs I have enjoyed in the past and continue to enjoy...not sure why the "pattern" has changed. I will be returning this pair,
