What amazing customer service!! I ordered the Baby Doll Shoe in a colour it is not even available in, on the website. Via WhatsApp I was advised to change the preferred colour "olive" as soon as I've placed the order & made the payment!! I received my OLIVE Baby Dolls on Friday 20 Jun and have worn them 4 times since then... Amazing comfort, quality AND stunning look well worth the money!! This is my second pair. It is the best shoes in my closet. Great alrounders. I wear them everywhere. There are hundreds of Vellie Shops out there, but none match the quality of Freestyle.
