What amazing customer service!! I ordered the Baby Doll Shoe in a colour it is not even available in, on the website. Via WhatsApp I was advised to change the preferred colour "olive" as soon as I've placed the order & made the payment!! I received my OLIVE Baby Dolls on Friday 20 Jun and have worn them 4 times since then... Amazing comfort, quality AND stunning look well worth the money!! LOVE this product, looking forward to ordering 1/2 pairs more, really soon!! Thank you for going the extra mile for a really "picky" customer AND free delivery... Not happy with the workmanship of this boot. I contacted the company by email with photos explaining my concern. The email that I eventually got back was not helpful. This was unfortunate as I was hoping to order a pair of hiking boots. I will not be ordering from Freestyle again any time soon. Figure out your kinks. You certainly don't listen to your customers.
The shoes are the best pair I've had so far. I always looked for shoes that won't press on my toes, I received exactly that. The shoes are a perfect fit, comfortable and stylish.
It was worth the wait. I'll buy from Freestyle any day.
