We ordered a bag on 17 Nov and we still haven't recieved it. The service is truely terrible and no feedback given. I did not get a Christmas gift nor a school bag, now we have to pay extra to have a school bag by the beginning of the school year. I would not recommend shopping here.
I was struggling to find a size 9 school shoe for my daughter. I'm sooooo glad that I found Freestyle. The quality is great and will last her until she finishes high school. I bought it just over a year ago.
I also bought myself a pair of shoes of one of their other ranges.
I did send you an email regarding this pair of sandals. No response yet.
It's a beautiful sandals but the upper part of the sandals differ in size by 15mm. 1 foot is a perfect fit and the other one is to big.

These boots are amazing! I received mine three days before departing for New York City. My feet were warm, dry and comfortable in -8°C and snow. I'm definitely buying another pair in a different colour for winter in SA. I don't want to wear anything else.
