If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us on 0217041780, or send an e-mail to online@freestylesa.co.za with your details and the reason for return.
For exchanges, we will arrange a pickup of your items and send a replacement at our own expense.
For refunds, the responsibility of organising the logistics of the return lies with you, the customer. Please courier the product back to our factory at 4 Paddy Close, Ottery, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, 7800 to arrange a refund or exchange. Until the product is back in our care, we will not be liable for any losses or damage- such as those incurred during transit to our factory.
If you find that the shoes you have ordered are incorrectly sized, please contact us via email, online@freestylesa.co.za or phone us at 0217041780 and we will happily exchange them. We will arrange the pickup of the item and will courier a replacement to you.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT WEAR THE SHOES BEYOND TRYING THEM ON IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE THEM, WE CAN'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OF WORN SHOES.
Should you not be satisfied with your Freestyle purchase, you may return it to our factory at 4 Paddy Close, Ottery, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, 7008 for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to us, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by our management, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
If you are shipping an item over ZAR1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For international orders: all shipping costs associated with refunds, returns or exchanges are for the customer's account.
