I ordered a pair of boots, but unfortunately they were one size too big. Freestyle exchanged them quickly and without any fuss for a smaller pair and they fit perfectly! I absolutely LOVE my new boots! They came in beautiful packaging also. I will definitely buy more shoes and boots from Freestyle in the future!

We did not know it will be more of a boot style with a higher neck. But!!!! My son says it feels like he is barefoot in these shoes! He loves the comfort and light weight.
I requested an exchange of the sandels I bought - which was delivered within two days from the original order placed - but the size was too big. The exchange pair was collected within a couple of days and I'm now waiting for the replacement. All of this was done without any effort. I felt myself informed at all times. The product lived up too my expectation.
