I called before I ordered because I was not sure of the size because I usually buy size 3 on sandals, and was advised when I called in, that I should get a size bigger because it's a boot, and I did. It fits like a glove. I'm very happy with my purchase and it was worth the wait. Will recommend it for sure.
My wife wears a UK size 3 and it's always a hassle to find shoes for her. I ordered two pairs of boots for her.(a brown and a black pair) and she is totally satisfied with them. They fit perfectly. Very good quality with non slip soles.

Purchased a pair of boots for my wife and it came in record time. Purchased myself a pair in the shops and excellent quality and a affordable price for leather shoes.
I am very happy with my boots, beautifully made and fits perfectly. Do notice though that the wool inside is thinner than what it used to be.
It did take a month though to be delivered - I understand that you had many orders to fullfil. Just wondering why I immediately received the boots after I phoned and asked about my order.
I am impress with the service but unfortunately the size is too large - I did order a 7 but probably need a size 6. Do you have a exchange procedure
Delivery came quick, quality looks and feels good, however sizes did not match size chart.
