Absolutely love my boots! Have 2 pairs already.
After almost a month my order was still not om it's way. Very slack with communication. I requested a refund a week ago and still waiting for my money. I will advise everyone I know NOT to buy Freelstyle and will be writing a review on Facebook
It is a perfect fit and exactly what I expected, as it is replacing my previous pair that I had more than 10 years.
The boots ordered were not as per the website with grain as shown.
When querying I was informed that this has been discontinued and the grain is no longer used.
Freestyle however are assisting to resolve the issue by manufacturing another pair chosen.

I have send a separate email with pictures and no response yet. The shoes arrived with cuts and scuff marks everywhere. This is my 5th pair of shoes bought from Freestyle SA and I am left very disappointed with this order and the lack of concern or care for a regular customer. It also appears darker than the image.

I am a very fussy perfectionist. I have my boots for 2 years now. I applied extra protection against wet environments when I took them out of the box. Wear them regularly on hunting trips. Extremely comfortable no matter how far I walk. Good quality for money and as silent as the grave. They may see you, but they will never hear you. My feet has never been wet from the environment. My feet do sweat when I walk far and the boots dry out afterwards with no complications. I will never buy any other hunting boots again. These boots are perfectly crafted with the best materials. Thank you for these amazing boots.

I absolutely love my Sutherland boots. I wear a size 6, and the size 6 is just slightly loose on my foot, but I'd rather wear thicker socks than send them back and go through the long wait again. 😊
