Hi there Freestyle team . Just some feedback for your consideration . I purchased a pair of Schalk Classic Men's Premium Leather Veldskoen . They arrived in good time unfortunately the size I ordered did not fit me also the photo the website looked like they were the suede. I was disappointed to see they were not suede and also did not like the look of the non suede veldskoen. I opted to return your shoes and wanted a refund because I was looking for the exact shoe type but in suede. I was told that I wish to exchange shoes it was free of charge and a courier would fetch shoes and exchange shoes for the size or pair I wanted which is excellent after sakes service. Unfortunately when it came to a refund policy , I have to drive to the Freestyle warehouse only then will I receive a refund. This part is annoying and seems to be designed to make it a hassle to avoid refunding customers. I mostly do not use online shopping platform because of the lack of interaction with the physical product where mis conceptions are often the case. I own a few pairs of freestyle Veldskoen all bought at a physical store. I will not use your online platform again unless freestyle changes its refund policy .
