    Very disappointing

    If I could give a lower score I would. My order took long but this was the least of my problems with Freestyle. The wrong shoe in the wrong size was eventually delivered. I would have been happy to just exchange but I have not had any feedback on WhatsApp or email and the shoes have still not been collected. With the lack of communication I am concerned that if I send the shoes back I will never get the right shoe or my money back. Sad and disappointed. I feel like I have been scammed.
