This is a proven good walking and all round work boot, fitted with a generous bellows tongue to keep out irritating sticks and stones. Wide comfort fit suitable for a high instep. Firm, comfortable, foam-padded ankle support. Anodised speed-hook lace system.
The Camel sole is made of a TPR (thermo plastic rubber) compound so is not suitable for use in an oily or diesel/petrol type environment.
They fit like a slipper. The only thing I would change is maybe a longer backside. Although it might fit better when the leather stretches and the foot goes in deeper. I’ll have to see. Overall a great shoe.
The corkies were absolutely beautiful, but the ergonomic soles were not suited for my foot as I have had operations on both feet and the support under the bridge pressed against the scar. I have had to return it and received a refund. Thank you so much for your excellent service and I am loving the boots! Can almost not wait for winter again!
