DESCRIPTION: The Ruan is built on our exclusive Yster sole(which has a slightly higher heel) is a Strong Man's stylish boot, it has a Western Cowboy styling. The boot features a high instep and high quality elastic gussets, with customary high levels of craftmanship.
DETAILS: The Ruan is a nice broad fit with regular to slightly large fitting. Full padded non-removable footbed. TPR = Thermoplastic, non-slip, Rubber Sole. There is a steel shank for stability and it will hold its shape well. Single-row outsole stitched in a strong braided thread. The insole is water resistant.
Leather Care: Use our Freestyle Leather Balsam or Freestyle Leather Fat to keep the leather soft, nourished and supple.
Lovely shoe for my husband, he cannot be happier, though the sizing was very far from standard sizing. My husband is a standard size 9 UK (size 43 EU) and we had to order a size 8, which fits perfect on his feet. Had a bit of trouble with the return but the problem was with the courier company and Freestyle made quick work of rectifying the issue.
Overall, we'll be happy to order from Freestyle in the future!
Had the plakkies for less than a week and the stitching on the left one came undone where the toe straps meet. Contacted Freestyle to request this be addressed/remedied and have received no feedback. Not happy with quality especially given the price paid.
