Too small

My husband really likes the design of the tshirt. It is way too small though, compared to other XL shirts from other brands. And now I am informed by Patricia that it can not be exchanged due to health reasons. What is the difference from other online clothing stores that they don't have a problem with exchanges. The tags are still on, shirts not worn. And the same for the M that I got with my other order, way too small. I am not accepting that it can not be exchanged for bigger shirts.
