Your foot is enrobed in natural leather which will give and stretch to your foot for extreme comfort. You can wear these with just about anything.

I return my pumps via courier on the 6th of May for a exchange for 1x smaller size.
Haven't heard from these people or any acknowledgment on receiving my packet.
Not happy at all with the customer service.

I bought a pair of Roberta shoes more than 20 years ago, and loved them until they were eventually worn out. They really attracted attention and I often received compliments from both friends and strangers. I am in love with the shoes but they are big. Can I return them?
Maybe the most comfortable shoes I own! Loved them so much I bought a pair and my spouse bought me another pair. We did struggle with the sizing since we needed 9’s in another style of freestyle vellies, but discovered we needed an 8 with these. So had to send both pairs back which delayed delivery by over a month. Communication on exchanges was very slow.
Received fine. Ordered a size 9 as all my other shoes are size 9. They were more like a 10. Found the same brand in town at the shops and they were cheeper, had better look and metal studs around laces holes (my ones never did) and i got a better fitting size. I like the shoe and quality is good but won’t order online again.
