I love the shoes. They are absolutely perfect but unfortunately the colour I chose was not the colour I received. And as they were a birthday present I cannot send them back. Please just ensure in the future this does not happen to anyone else

I am absolutely in love with the Annabella boots, the quality is fantastic. Sadly still awaiting my sandals after a production error. Sadly the communication and urgency of a wrong orders falls completely by the way side. I have waited 24 working days, still no eta and I have to phone them or follow up continuously. So not sure if I receive my items before summer is over.

I'm really happy with my shoes. They are beautifully crafted and look pretty. The sizing is right and the same as all my other shoes. These are very comfortable and I'm sure they'll last a long time.
