The quality of the shoe is great and they are clearly well made. The order process was easy and delivery was fairly quick. That said, the sizing guide is off. I typically wear a size 9, followed your sizing guide and ordered a size 8. Wore the shoes for 2 days as your guidelines say they will become comfortable after that time but unfortunately comfort is not there at that size. I would love to buy for my family but am concerned about sizing correctly.
