Service and response to emails has been really good. I received the shoes 6 days ago but unfortunately they are too small for my clodhopper feet. The quality of the shoes feels absolutely amazing and they do feel very comfortable.
I am hoping that a replacement will fit me. I am sending the outline of my foot as well so you can see what size sole will go on my foot.

Good quality leather on these shoes, I believe they will last me a long time.
Quite comfortable, with a nice wide 'toe box', so that your toes don't feel squashed. I removed one star because of 1 spot on the shoe. On the inside, where the back and front leather pieces meet, I can feel that 'stitching' when I wear the shoe. I will get used to it, and it's not so bad, but that is one thing that I did notice.
