Thank you very much for the Sutherland Boot which I received.
I must however mention that we have placed or order during the first week of March and only received same at the end of April. The waiting period was almost a month. And, after following up with the team, we were told that the delay was as a result of the branding (engraving) process. Which was understandable. However, can I propose that you also perhaps consider the “15 day” period on your website? Perhaps you could say that the turn around time may run between 15-30 days or something to that effect? Just a thought.
Having said the above, what I can say it that it was COMPLETELY WORTH THE WAIT!! I am EXTREMELY happy with the final result and cannot complain about the quality of the final product!
And, I can confirm that I will definitely order from you again!
