Gladiator II crafted vegetable-tanned leather satchel

Made the old-fashioned way using vegetable-tanned leather. We then hand-dye the leather into different colours. This is one of our very first products created over 35 years ago and still going strong. Fits a 13' laptop and A4. Features 2 large compartments and a front pocket for wallet, keys and nick-nacks.
The eco-friendly vegetable-tanned leather does require the regular application of dubbin or Freestyle Leather Balsam which will nourish and feed the leather, making it softer and creating a natural patina that will age the bag beautifully over time.

Product and Customer Service (Online Purchase) ![User picture]()
Product is great and looks amazing. It's quality and fabric is very good.
Customer Service can be improved, particularly when purchasing online; I called multiple times for an update and to find out how my product is tracking, I was told "We will get back to you" but would not. On the site, once you've placed an order there at least needs to be a section where there is a link of "track order" so that as a consumer I'm aware and can view for an update of my order, rather than having to call multiple times for feedback.
