Your shoes are just the best. The quality is outstanding and that is why I made my second purchase of the same shoe. However there is a small problem which I need to mention. The sides of the shoe dig into my ankles making walking very painful. I'm using an insole to lift my foot slightly. I did this with my previous shoe as well and the problem eventually went away as the shoe got worn in. I'm wondering if you are able to customize the shoe to fit my feet. Even with this problem I will purchase again.

Good service, I guessed the size wrong, but secondary (instep) chart is needed
Freestyle have been most accommodating of the fact that I had ordered the wrong size of shoe for my husband. Perhaps there should also be a chart showing choice of girth of instep. His insteps are high and so the wrong size (although the length fits) was indicated for him. I trust my wrong order will be fetched and the new order supplied. The clerk on the phone is most helpful.

The shoes are of the best quality and perfectly made. ONE HUGE PROBLEM IS THE FACT THAT SIZE 10 SHOES ARE WAY BIGGER THAN ALL MY OTHER SIZE 10 SHOES. IN FACT IT RATHER LOOKS LIKE A NUMBER 11 SHOE. PLEASE ASSIST
