Very poor response to defective shoe
Defective shoe, telephonic contact very disappointing they promise to sort the problem but require an email. No response to the email in 12 days. This was not a very successful interaction.
Thank you for a wonderful product. I have now made my third purchase of shoes and am ecstatic with the quality and service provided by your company. The delivery has been spot on. My son’s size 13 feet have at last got decent shoes on that are not only stylish but comfortable as well. I am also happy with my pumps. Will definitely be back for more
