Turnaround time is fast, delivery prompt. Not the first time I order online from Freestyle, happy every time.

I ordered these vellies as returning customer. However, the real-life colour and the colour representation on the online photos did not match. The shoes also came with a purple mark on them, and after contacting the customer support and asking to exchange, I am still to hear back on how to exchange the shoes for other items. I love this brand, and their shoes are so durable and comfortable, this was my third pair I ordered. But the service was a let down this time round.
