Received my order within the time specified, even though the order was placed when they were closed.
Can honestly say that I am impressed with the quality of the boots and cleaning supplies I ordered. the boot is very comfortable, and one can see the quality of construction.
Ordered a size 9, which feels slightly larger than what I usually wear, but two pair of socks and they fit very well. did send measurements of my feet, asking if size choice was correct, as I saw others mentioned size issues, but got no reply on that question, so not sure if I should have gone a size smaller. their input would have been welcomed
Overall, a quality boot and nice to support local business, although I feel email communication can be improved up on. I only got one response on multiple mails sent.
want to order another pair of boots later in the year, hope communications would have improved by then. especially on important matters like queries on size etc
But would buy again
