The leather is soft and the shoe fitted perfectly but after one day of wearing the sandals there was a blister on my right heel.

Happy with the process of ordering, follow up and delivery. Keeping in touch with the client via email and WhatsApp is very effective.
One note on the style - I love the shoes, they fit well and are comfortable. However, I find that the two 'ears' having the holes for the laces are too far apart and thus expose too much of the laces. I believe that having these 'ears' less far apart would improve the style. But this is just one opinion.
