I am very pleased with the service I received, I was kept up to date about my order throughout the process. My boots are perfectly handcrafted, I could not be happier. I normally wear a size 4 but ordered a size 3 given the comments from previous reviews. I am happy that I went with the smaller size as it fits perfectly, a size bigger would have been too big.

The fit is perfect and the quality is exceptional. The process from making the shoe till the delivery took a little longer than I thought but it was worth it.
I am so happy with my new boots. The colour is out of this world. It's exactly the colour on the website. I've chosen the turquoise boot. They fit perfectly. I've received constant emails to update me, on the progress of my shoes.

Its not everyday i can just get a pair of shoes for ladies size 8 - that works and fits great - Im soo soo Happy , i look good , feel good and already had a few "nice Boots" where did you get them requests- so FREESTYLE will ive to be 500 yrs old - My only issue was/ is that the right top side of boot is a wee bit tighter than my left side ( but not too fussed , as with leather it will take shape as i wear them - Otherwise a VERY HAPPY Client xx Many thanks :

I think the only shoes I have are from Freestyle besides one pair of takkies. Once you start wearing them you just wont find a comfier pair anywhere else.
The shoes are perfect. Bought them for my boyfriend and they fit perfectly. He loves them. Will definitely buy again in the future ✨🎉

Defective shoe, telephonic contact very disappointing they promise to sort the problem but require an email. No response to the email in 12 days. This was not a very successful interaction.
I contacted the email specified in the delivery confirmation email with concerns about the condition of the shoes out of the box. This was almost a week ago - I have yet to receive feedback. The shoe delivery was also delayed and when I inquired about when the delivery will be there was no response. Shockingly terrible customer care and communication.
