This is my 3rd pair of Freestyle sandals. The previous ones had material toe-pieces and lasted about 2 years. I then asked if I could get leather toe-pieces and was told that there are sandals with leather toe-pieces. They then asked me to send my old sandals back and they would repair them. Unfortunately I had thrown them away. Fantastic product. Fantastic customer service. Well done.

Pro's : Good quality , good looking sandals.
Sole a bit hard on the foot when walking.

Con's : 1) Waited about 30 days for delivery
2) After sales service is horrible. They don't return calls. They don't
respond to e-mails.
3) Called them 7 days after returning my wife's sandals(hand delivered) and
they werent even aware of this. Another call ( they failed to return my
call as promised) and I'm now promised a refund.

Will I order from them again : NO

The straps over the feet of both left and right sandals are at least 1 to 1,5cm to long. Very loose on the foot. Feels as if you’re going to lose them with every step. Not at all happy with them.
