The Mattheus is a classical twin buckle slip-on sandal made on a moulded, imported Spanish-made cork footbed, covered with genuine suede, that is anatomically designed for a comfort walk and healthy posture. The uppers are all made in a soft, premium grade Nubuck leather and lined with a microfibre lining to wick away sweat from your feet, keeping them cool and dry.
Handmade in Cape Town, South Africa.

I tried and compared both the ladies and men versions of this sandal of the same size. They have used the same footbed and sole for both men and ladies, meaning this sandal is very narrow for men. Would not recommend as it is quite uncomfortable (and my feet are not wide).

Nice shoes but very narrow
The shoes are very nicely manufactured but the shape is very narrow which makes the shoe feel uncomfortable.
